AI for SMEs
Artificial intelligence that solves a specific problem.
I help small and medium-sized businesses find where AI really saves time and integrate it into the processes and data they already have, without pilot projects that end up in a drawer.
When you need it
Does any of this sound familiar?
You tried ChatGPT, but don’t know how to bring it into your business processes.
Your team loses hours looking for information in documents, shared folders and emails.
You have hundreds of reviews, tickets or survey answers that nobody can read.
You want a chatbot, but one with reliable answers that complies with the AI Act.
What I do
From audit to AI in production.
- Data and AI audit: processes, data and tools in use, with a roadmap of priorities, costs and timelines. Three fixed-price tiers.
- Assistants on internal documents (RAG): answers that cite their source, based on manuals, procedures, data sheets and contracts.
- Document automation: data extraction from PDFs and emails, classification, report summaries.
- Text and feedback analysis: sentiment and recurring topics from reviews, tickets and surveys.
- Automations between tools: n8n, Make or Zapier flows connecting AI, ERP, CRM and email.
- Compliant use: transparency for chatbots and generated content, staff training as required by the AI Act.
How I work
Small, measurable, reversible.
01
Audit
Where time is lost, which data exists, what to do first.
02
Prototype
A small, measurable use case on your data, in a few weeks.
03
Integration
Connection to existing systems, quality checks, usage rules.
04
Measure
Time saved and errors avoided, before extending to other processes.
Case studies
Hands-on experience.

Frequently asked questions
FAQ
Where should I start?
With the audit: within 5 to 10 business days you get a picture of the processes where AI pays off most and a cost estimate. If the answer is that you don’t need it, I’ll tell you.
Will my data stay confidential?
Yes. I choose tools and settings based on how sensitive the data is, using services that don’t train models on your data or solutions hosted in Europe when needed.
Do I need to comply with the AI Act?
Since 2 August 2026 chatbots and generated content must be disclosed and people using AI must be trained. I plan for it from the design stage.
Can I use a public grant?
If your company is based in Piedmont, AI projects qualify for the 2026 Digitalisation Voucher, covering 50% to 65% of costs. Applications open on 22 October.
Want to know where AI can save you time?
The data and AI audit starts at €299 + VAT and gives you a concrete roadmap, with priorities and costs.
